Hi,I have the same problem but it didnt work for me because in my scatterer folder is just the config,Icon,shaders and scatterer.dll so I´ve just deleted the Icon wich doesnt make sense but then I have all the folders in the scatterer folder u mentioned but It still doesnt work.maybe its just outdated or something..

So,recently Ive downloaded the mod KSOS to have some vehicles and stuff.But first my cars werent driving so I googled the problem and solved it.But now my cars are driving in cricles xD I mean that If I press W or S the car just drives a big circle with its front wheels.This is really annoying and I just want to drive a bit around the KSC.I hope someone can help me
