So i got answers, and in dxdiag no error comes up when i run it, i tried opening my pc, fixed the ram cards and the same thing happend to ksp and the game used to run but i want to ask mainly how do i change graphics without running the game and every time i check ksp files while i run it the ksp.txt goes from 244 kb to 0 kb and when i click it there are still stuff inside and i dont know what to do

So i tried reinstalling and it doesnt work and after the game freezes it just crashes i press run then it shows loading screen and the bar randomly at different times when i restart or uninstall and reinstall freezes at a certain point and after a few minutes the game crashes, the game is not modded i edited with the graphics settings and put it to max and my game crashed then i open it and its working then i put lower graphics than max but its better than default and what i described in the text above happens and i cant play the game, i tried using launch options but that didnt work I have the latest game version and now the game loads perfectly (apart from a few freezes) and then when the game finishes loading it will say loading complete then crashes my game And now it doesnt reach half of the loading bar
