I agree, I think that you should start with both the mk1 pod & the sputnik (or whatever its called) probe. But I don't think this is a big deal, and this is Kerbal, not earth, so they do things differently, and if you think back, at the very beginning, there was the old manned pod. (3 kerbals in a tight sardine can, wow how far we've come.)

I'm not sure if this was already suggested or not, I did look under What not to suggest and didn't find it, so here it goes. Now that we have a bit of career mode, what about little achievement (or a success to a goal status) pop outs of Newspaper Headlines saying " First Kerbal in Space" or "First Moon Walk" or "Achieved Orbit!" or "We landed on the Mun!" type of deal. (Obviously it would have to be in Kerban Native Language) I think this would be a nice addition, and maybe a fan project? it seems as it wouldn't be hard to implement, and it would add a great feeling of success, and motivation especially to new players. Now I realize, Squad is far too busy working on far more important things, but this is just a small suggestion for the future. Here's a concept of what I'm talking about, although it's in English Obviously that's a bit big, and it would probably be better looking like this. It could be in post analysis, after a safe return where missions are evaluated. Obviously there are no clear goals and missions as of yet, but as I said this is just a small idea for possible future implementation. Thanks for reading, and let me know what you think. Also please feel free to remove this thread if this is an old idea rehashed, as I am un-aware of that at this time.

Guys, just be patient. Mulbin has a life, and we can wait extra time. This is his project, and we should just be grateful he shares it with us. It will be ready when it's ready.

I actually tried that! The problem is that it doesn't hold well during lifter separation, not only that, the rocket has no rcs, nor thrust vectoring, so it's a mammoth whale of a beast to maneuver. But I will try again another day, I'm glad you like it Oh, and thx 4 the Rep!

Ok, I just took an hour and a half designing it, and I think this is my best recreation of it at this time. I LOVE THAT ANIME!!! and first time playing ksp, when i first made orbit back when only the moon was up. (can't remember the right version) I was pretending & role playing I was ****otsugh Lhadatt. and I've recreated the rocket back then, I haven't done that in a long time! yes, I'm going for 1/50th scale or so, making it any bigger would laaaaaag tooo much & crash. I want to use custom parts from a mod that have large panels with great integrity, and each part should be kept under 75 parts, maybe 100 & all shell, not much internal. most parts will be on the bridge head, it has alot of detail. thx 4 the links, it's so cool to more of these types of project. if this turns out to be too big & a fail, I'm gonna work on Captain Harlocks Ship, Arcadia.

Any Robotech Fans out there? I've been trying to build a SDF-1 replica space station in KSP, but the size is just too big of an issue, also I've been trying to make it transformable using the robotics pack, but it has stabling issues. no pictures yet, as it's still not complete. The total base will be in 9 parts. 2 legs 2 guns Prometheus & Daedalus ships 3 part body & head. I want it to house 4 veritech fighters in cargo bays. Obviously this might be too big of an undertaking, so if there's anyone out there who would offer help in designing & building this monstrosity, that would be awesome. Here's a peak of what it would look like, & transformation cycle.

Great stuff Silisko, although I\'m having an issue with the Probodobodyne kit. I\'m using it with the ISA MapSat mod, and I found that when i switch between my rocket & the satellite, the satellite starts spinning out of control and sometimes breaks into pieces. I\'m not sure why. But I love your mods, and thanks for all the good work you\'re doing.

Hey Sarkun, I\'ve been trying all sorts of mods, many have crashed the game & had many bugs I found, I got fed up with a lot of mods, so I went back to vanilla. Then I saw your mod. I loved the look of it, it fits my style perfectly & it fits the Kerbal Space Program well. I love the Mun Lander, the rocket parts, but you had me at shuttle with a working cargo bay door. I installed your mod 3 days ago & I\'ve been having a BLAST! Your mod is now the only mod I have & the only mod I need! Awesome job! This is the best mod I\'ve seen yet! Even better than the Nova pack in my opinion! Keep working on it, because you really have something special here! I\'ll be watching you from now on. AWESOME JOB! 10/10!!! YOU RULE!! I can\'t wait with what you come up with next! (A space station with docking capability maybe? lol, keep up the good work!) P.s. Here\'s a screen cap featuring some of my K.S.P. Missions funded by the [glow=blue,2,300]W.M.K.[/glow] took many attempts to get the landers that close. Lander 1 (left) has been there for 3 days, and has almost full tank. Lander 2 (right) is almost out of fuel because of the attempts to get within range. He was hopping about 75 meters at a time he\'s there to stay. I also have 2 K.G.P.S satellites, polar & equator orbits at exactly 400,000k (Op & Ap) And then there\'s the I.S.S. (Interkerbal Space Station) Holding at 1mil orbit, & she\'s a beauty! It took 7 tries to hoist her out there, many kerbals died to bring us this wonderfull station. I hope docking comes soon so I can dock my Shuttle there. Thank you Sarkun for your wonderfull creations!
