Tried it, same error

Earlier this month I downloaded RealPlume, and yesterday when 1.11 came out, I decided to flush my mods folder to wait for them to update. Unfortunately when I tried deleting RealPlume a pop-up said that I needed administrator access to delete the folder. When I hit 'Continue', it said that I needed permission from another user to delete it, even though my current user has administrator access. I tried to look up the user's name in my pc but it came up with nothing. Is there any way to fix this or am I stuck in non-functional realplume hell?
