During flight I noticed one of my 4 symmetric engines was upside down. When I went back to the VAB it was inverted there as well. I removed the part and all 4 came off. Re-attached and everything was right-side up. Can not reproduce. https://ibb.co/hKDxkvb

Seen it a few times. The latest was when I reloaded the game and the flag I just planted had the default logo Flag also disappeared when I changed control to a new craft and came back

Seems like kerbals get stuck falling while walking on the Mun. They can no longer move when stuck in this state. Attached is a picture of a kerbal in this state. WASD does nothing and RCS doesn't work. https://imgur.com/ryYMsWO

I have a craft with a Wayfarer and Cockatoo module. I can only see crew in the Cockatoo. I have to use the kerbal manager to get kerbals out through the Cockatoo. Doesn't seem like I can pass people out the Wayfarer door

The Large to XL Conical Adapter and the Large to XL Adapter are different sizes. Only one goes from Large to XL. The Conical Adapter actually goes from Medium to Large. I would double check the naming conventions of part sizes.

At the moment the only way to navigate the menu is with the mouse. I would expect to be able to use the arrow keys to navigate between elements in the main menu and pause menu.

After looking around, I found that to save the binding the controller needs to be plugged in when KSP is started. This fixed the problem for me.
