    @ThePhoenixSol, Science Relay, V6 in KSP 1.11, I've found this is working OK. As per DMagic's post on Page 28 of this thread, I found I had to remove CNC / CommNet Constellation to allow this to work. In my case over-exuberant CKAN'ing can lead to issue, but thought it was worth signing up to mention.
