Aspect ratio - Xbox one enhanced edition

Thanks for your reply. There is a slight issue on some other games but not as noticeable as on Kerbal. We have tried all 7 aspect settings on the TV on the calibrate TV utility in xbox settings but we can only get the blue line border not the green as well. -

Just purchased this game for my 10 year old son who is very excited to play it but we have run into a problem. The xbox is hooked up to a Panasonic viera TV. We have tried all the aspect ratios offered but we can't see the buttons on the border. We have looked in the settings on the main menu but can't see an option to change (the UI option is only for volume) Any suggestions grateful received.
