Help I can't make some fins

I have tried what you recommended but it does not work for me, as soon as I place a part on top of the beam, the mode automatically changes to radial here is a photo in case it helps you understand what i'm doing -
I am assembling some fins with "Gozne G-11", how do I make each fin fold to the same side? Since they fold in reverse to the other, they have told me not to use symmetry but I have seen how some people they do it with symmetry
