Constantly stuck in a small screen.

I recently opened ksp the game loaded fine only for me to notice the screen wasn't being used up fully. It kind of had shrunk into a small square. I've had the game a while I understand the full-screen setting but idk what to do from here.

Launch pad weight issue.

I'm in sandbox mode. My launchpad is fully upgraded yet I seem to have a problem with weight and diameter. My game keeps saying the limit is 18t with a diameter of 5m. Is this normal or not? If not how can I fix this?
