Actually this was enough, thank you, the issue isn't there without mods, so I'm just gonna add mods one by one until I see the problem again. Thanks for your help.

I'm playing carreer mode and have a simple "test on launch site" mission, when I was done with everything the mission required I click on recover vessel, but my left click doesn't seem to be doing anything, I can't click on recover, space center, save or tracking station, the only thing that does is in game controlls like going EVA and loading. When I click on recover I see the following message in the console (see image) please help if you can, this kinda blocks me from advancing in carreer mode
