Had a Kerbal on an EVA on Kerbin, and recovered him seperately from the ship. The experiments (EVA report and Surface Sample) and science points did not appear on the mission summary screen. Re-tested to verify. Same thing happened. Running a brand new install (installed yesterday) for Windows, not on Steam. No mods, both DLCs. Playing Science Mode.
