As the accounts were moved to Private Division servers, it may be for some impossible to download installation file. Download link expires after 5 minutes from download start and for almost 2GB file it is not enough time to download with slower connection. So, get Free Download Manager (.org), which allows to resume interrupted download. Then repeatedly copy download link and update it in Free Download Manager until finished. Thank you very much Private Division for doing nothing with this issue.
