Here it is The plane doesnt really wanna pitch up even if I run off runway and are above the ocean. I was under impression 4 wings of this size should be enough? Or are there other problems? Is there a way to check if wings produce enough lift?

Evening, I have recently tried building my own SSTO, but I have encountered a few problems. For some reason it looks like it does not have enough lift, even tho the wings are pretty big for its size. Also, whenever I accelerate to like 100-150 m/s on the runway, the vehicles turns left or right. Mods: Here is a picture of my SSTO:
