I'm in my first career save with one single basic rocket. I've tried switching controllers, restarting the game, using a keyboard + mouse, quitting and reopening the game, and restarting the Xbox. There seems to be nothing I can do. Is there a way for me to get a refund? The game simply does not work like it's supposed to.

RESOLVED: I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and that fixed the issue. I've been playing for about 3 hours now and the glitch hasn't reoccured. Whenever I open the map screen in flight, it automatically zooms out without me touching any buttons. Is there any way to fix this? I'd really like to get into this game but there's so many bugs and technical issues that it's nearly unplayable. I'm using: CONSOLE: Xbox One S, 2tb hard drive installed. EDITION: KSP Enhanced Edition (no dlc)

I bought KSP Enhanced Edition on Xbox One, and mouse and keyboard support was advertised. I load up game and it just says "press "A" to start." None of my keyboard inputs are recognized, and it seems that I have to use a controller. Note: my mouse and keyboard inputs aren't recognized in the main menu either. I am completely new to this game, so I might be missing something.
