I switched the command module I was using and it didn't fix anything until I did ctrl+alt+f12 and cleared imput locks, but then the locks come back after I enter a new vehicle

That's not the case of my issue, my movement controls are locked, I found a fix for it but its only temporary, go into the cheat menu and clear locked controls.

I switched out the command module I was using (which was a modded one) with a completely stock one, now im having the problem for spaceplanes whenever I build those, once again a stock crewed module.

I switched the command module I was using, and I never had any passenger compartments on my vehicle, but im still getting that problem of "limited probe control", I even have a pilot onboard my command module. Also, what I mean by limited probe control is, I cannot fine-tune my throttle, and I cannot steer without using SAS or MechJeb, so basically I cannot manually control my craft. Edit: Im even having this "limited probe control" problem on the launch pad, also I have enough electricity as well. Edit 2: One more thing I forgot to mention is I am indeed in a COMMAND module, not in a passenger module.

Yeah that isn't the problem, I'm going to try and verify integrity of game files because I've never had this problem before.

Sent a debris pusher/catcher to get debris out of kerbin orbit

So ever since I crashed a probe into the mun, ive had this problem in EVERY craft that I have limited probe control, even though it's a manned craft, I even tried restarting ksp and making a new profile and it didn't fix it, is this a bug or is it one of the mods im using, please help I want to enjoy playing KSP again without having to use mechjeb to do everything.
