How can I get the orbits to be separated by an angle, but at the same inclination? I\'ve looked in mechjeb and I cant find any settings, and is there any way to put the satellites on each orbit. Thanks again!

Hi guys, I\'ve been playing for a while and i\'m using mechjeb, PowerSat and Satellite Relay Network Mods. I want to set up a Comms network to cover Kerbin (and the Mun in future). What i really want to do is to setup a Satellite constellation based on Teledesic\'s proposals. the parameters can be found here http://www.3csysco.com/Pubs/Architecture%20of%20the%20Teledesic%20Satellite%20System.pdf on page three, can this be done using my current mods, or even at all!
