    3 years later I am having the exact same error. I am on 1.12.9. Ckan mark all my mod as up to date. I searched everywhere and it seems nobody ever responded to this bug. Does anyone have a solution please ?

    I want to keep the city lights. Doing what you said does not work. It keep flickering in my game. Do you have another solution please ?
