I reach a point in the Advanced Construction Tutorial where I am asked to place an LV-T45 "Swivel" onto the tutorial rocket, and it's not provided. So thus i cannot complete and learn what I need in order to advance the game. It would be a shame for such a minor oversight to cause me to uninstall the game.
