    I was having the same problem as you. It prompted me to download something called Recall here: https://github.com/net-lisias-ksp/KSP-Recall/releases. Once I downloaded the Curse Forge version and took the folder "999_KSP-Recall" out of "KSP-Recall-0.3.0.1-Curse Forge", It worked.
