can anyone give me a step to step tutorial on how to install rss I'm so confused and there's none on YouTube or any good post here or on reddit

If the ksp 2 team wants to make planetary exploration more intresting I think that having life on other planets or moons like laythe, merbel and puff or lapat just imagine if you have a submarine in the deep oceans of puff and seeing a shark like thing swim right past you or imagean if you just landed on lapat after decades of traveling you do an Eva and you walk over a hill and just see a massive herd of some sort dinosaur looking thing i think that would be an awesome idea Thx for reading
