Anomalix

I recently reinstalled my mods, and I noticed that a lot of them have significantly lower ISP than what I saw before. I remember editing some config file, but I can't remember what I did. For example, the BKN-7 "Beacon" engine has 900s, but I had it at 3500s at some point. In fact, all the nuclear engines have the same ~900s of ISP.
