All of the capsules that I splash down in the ocean slowly start sinking. I can still recover them, so Im not sure if this is intentional, but I dont see any flotation parts in the VAB

Sitting on the runway dead still, I have a pair of Panther engines on my plane and if you start (with no brakes on) at full throttle with afterburners on you dont move at all. AeroGUI says it doubles the thrust, but you only start accelerating if you turn off the afterburner
