Description of the bug:
When pressing the ',' and '.' keys when on the main after quitting to main menu, the 'Game Paused' and 'Game Unpaused' pop-ups appear and the menu background animations pause and unpause
Steps to Replicate
Load into the game
Toggle the time-warp keys (comma & period) on the main menu and see no effect
Load or start a game/campaign
Select 'Quit to main menu' from the in-game menu
Toggle the time-warp keys (comma & period) on the main menu to see the 'Game paused' and 'Game unpaused' pop-ups and the background animation pause and unpause
