Description of the bug.
Expected Behavior:
The most of graphic load should come from the parts of the rocket/vehicle, not from looking at the ground from 30 kms up in the sky with lowest graphics settings, no clutter and an RTX3080 with 10 gigs and a stock rockets last stage (only 2 parts??? get my graphics card to a 100% because of the ground ??? what)
Observed Behavior
Graphic load is stuck at a 100% for the GPU alone from angling the camera towards a body. When angled above into the sky, the graphic load sinks down to 20 to 40 % depending on what is on the screen (mostly celestial body wise).
Same goes for Main Menu, because Kerbin is seen there it fully uses the graphics card. I dont want to heat my flat with looking at a menu. The texture of a planet should never use up all my GPP
Not only testet on Kerbin but also on Mun and Minmus.
Steps to Replicate
Start a Rocket, have Kerbin inside your view --> Even with only 2 parts on your rocket --> Graphic load 100% --> Heat your flat with expensive electrical power (unplayable in Summer)
