Did they activate it the same way I did?

So for me it happened when I tried to continue the game after crashing by just closing out of the window that shows the flight details... It stays like that until the game is reset in my case.

I have no idea how this ended up happening.... I was fast forwarding with infinite fuel and whatnot playing around and I guess I crashed into an asteroid or something as my ship just died while fast forwarding to a maneuvering point, but when I hit continue I saw the kerbals base flying in space and when I loaded my game I saw... This https://ibb.co/NZt3kTt I have no idea what happened Edit: Here is a video of it in action... Apparently it has ruined my save or I just need to restart the program. Again not sure what is going on. Edit 2: Reset the program after it froze trying to load a different save and it is gone.
