Few people have reported that the mun arch is spawning on the launch pad. It initially happened in the KSP2 tutorials and blew up my ship a few times. Upon going back to the main menu I could see it there on my launch pad. Here is a video of me using one of the stock rockets, you will see it constantly teleporting to me as a flight up.
