I left the vehicle I was flying to get into orbit around Mun to go back and build a lander. When I went to return to my vehicle, it had somehow staged and I had nothing to get into orbit or back to Kerbin with. I reloaded the game, loaded into the vehicle and the engine was on full blast rocketing my vehicle off to who knows where. Reloaded again...same thing.
