This is what happened to my camera when trying to orbit real close to the Mun. https://postimg.cc/w1gZLMgr (wouldnt let me insert directly so link is here instead) They switched around every tenth of a second (probably less), but it was real disorientating watching the camera flash back and forth so quickly. (This is just after I started burning, so periapsis and apoapsis are relatively close to where they where when this started)
