If you are interested in recovering from this. I was able to by editing my savefile. If you can identify the part, and there is a symmetrical part that is still attached, the one that is disconnected will have an attachNodeStates[].AttachedPartGuid.Guid that is all zeroes. Copy the Guid from the part that looks correct and save it back out. Hope it helps
