For a workaround until it is fixed: Go to C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Intercept Games\Kerbal Space Program 2\Global, open the file "Settings.json" in a text editor of your choice and find the "ScreenResolution" Property. Set it to your desired resolution, e.g. "ScreenResolution": "2560x1080",
