I think I see your problem right here. While the Intel Ark based video cards are new, KSP 2 has not YET been written to work with those cards. It may be a little too soon to expect KSP 2 to work on the Iris Pro Graphics 6200. As of right now, Steam only lists AMD and NVidia based cards. It may take a while before the Intel Ark based cards will be supported.
If you have an AMD or NVidia card that meets at least the minimum requirements, you could temporarily install that card to play. Other option would be to wait and check the KSP 2 web page for updates. It is still early in development.
