i did an install verify but that didnt help anything and it wont load past this part https://ibb.co/w6X0Y05. that link is a screenshot and also when i looked in the game files it said the icon was corrupted and i dont know how to fix it

can anyone help me fix my game, so i turned my pc off and went to bed but, in the morning when i try to load up KSP 1 it wont finish loading because it says TurboFanIcon not found. it tried uninstalling and reinstalling but i cant seem to fix it. i use steam to play
