I made a small lander with a parachute on the top. I reloaded to a quick save and the parachute was no longer on the top, it was inside the reaction control section which was directly below it. It also appears this may have causes imaginary forces which kept changing the AP and PE.

I noticed sometimes when you undock a craft from a docking port the craft that was undocked will have no communication signal. I can sometimes solve this by toggling the antenna or by reloading a prior save and trying again.
