[Unable to re-enter vehicles]

The team appears to be stranded.   The "F" key to grab onto the lander/command module is not grabbing.  And "B" to board does nothing either. 

 

I tried to reload but I am not sure what else to try here.  Looks like the Minmus mission was a successful failure.
