The Pitch on medium wings is incorrect vs all other control surfaces/stabilizers/wings so that when mounted behind the COM the control surface will angle down to the ground instead of up. In KSP 1 if this issue cropped up you could invert the control surfaces and it would solve the issue, however in KSP 2 inverting controls also inverting the roll controls which makes it almost impossible to fly anything intuitively.
