[Kraken explodes my spaceplane after deploying payload]

I open the cargo bay, decouple my payload and fly away, and no matter how i change my approach my space plane seems to randomly explode into pieces just minutes after departure every single time, whether i try to land immediately or just leave it in orbit.

Whenever decoupling a craft, the camera seems to drift to focus on the collective center of mass, rather than the center of mass of the part being controlled, eventually making it impossible to focus on the intended craft
