So i've been working on a rover and I use 2 RoveMax model XL3 wheels on the front and 4 on the back. Everything is fine except the fact that I can't steer the rover. I looked at other people's posts and everyone says to use diffrent wheels but for me that's not an option since my rover is big and heavy. I tried to put reaction wheels but it just turns it ever so slightly. Can somebody help me?

I do have the shortcut, but when i right click on it it does not show the target.

I want to install a mod (tweakScale) but i can't find the ksp folder. it is not in the steamapps folder because i downloaded ksp from epic games. Can somebody help me?
