Yes OS: windows | CPU: ryzen 9 3900X | GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 SUPER | RAM: 16 GB DDR4 I have had the same issue, no significant angle on intercept. The ship is still in one peice and the parts manager still has all the parts available and controllable. First and second image to prove I can still retract solar panels.
