Edited by s4vior Solved, RSS doesn't have Scatter compatibility for Parallax 2.0 yet.
I downloaded Parallax (version 2.06), and when I load into game, it states that scatter is disabled, even when the config file states that it is enabled.
Specifications
CPU: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400F @ 2.60GHz
Memory: 16 GB RAM, 6 GB VRAM (RTX 2060)
Parallax installed via CKAN Here is the KSP.log file, along with the config file.
