Sorry, but how do i turn off temporal anti aliasing?

Forgot to include my mods list. The skipper, bobcat, and mammoth engines are also affected. Skipper (stuttering part highlighted in blue) Random chunks at the edges randomly disappear and change constantly. Bobcat (stuttering part highlighted in black) Lines at the edges, again disappear and change constantly. Mammoth Same stuttering as the vector.

Whenever using the vector engine the plume clips about 10 times per second and it's starting to become annoying. I tried googling but got no results, so I am looking for answers here. Vector engine stuttering
