OS: Win 10 | CPU: i7-10000k | GPU: rtx 3070 | RAM: 32gbRoveMax TR-2L wheels produce phantom forces/impulses while angled around >45 degrees relative to the ground and touching the ground. It makes the craft move in unpredictable directions and change speed on its own. It happens on Mun and Minimus. I reproduced it on Kerbin too but as the gravity is higher, it's harder.

When unchecked, and continued manually, it proceeds with the conversation correctly.Included Attachments:

Option to plant a flag is enabled while on EVA in orbit. The Kerbal has to be attached to the craft with their magnetic boots. See picture for example. After clicking the button, Kerbal performs the animation but without the flag. The option disappears for the Kerbal afterwards.
Also, shortly after performing the action, Kerbal got slingshot with extreme speed from the vessel they were standing on. Flight report shows no significant Gs experienced by Kerbal. Not sure if it is related to the flag animation but I'll include a screenshot with how altitude changed.
