  1. I agree with you that those mods could be a way to challenging yourself. I was thinking something like Age of Empires but with the bar of progress slow as the game it is.
  2. Dear Kerbonauts and Dev Team, I hope this message finds you well! I've been immersed in the incredible universe of Kerbal Space Program and wanted to share an idea that I believe could add a thrilling new dimension to the game. How about introducing a dynamic Space Race mode where players, whether against AI or each other, start on an equal footing with identical resources in different regions of Kerbin (Earth)? This could simulate a competitive space exploration race, evolving as both AI and players progress through the game. The essence would be to create a real race for space dominance, injecting a sense of urgency and strategy into the gameplay. Here's a breakdown of the proposed features: Equal Starting Ground: All players, including AI opponents, begin with the same resources and capabilities in their chosen regions on Kerbin. Race Development: As players and AI advance, the competition intensifies. Technological breakthroughs, resource discoveries, and strategic decisions would determine the pace of progress for each participant. Dynamic Tech Tree: Winning the space race would grant access to superior or unique technologies depending on the region. This adds an element of territorial strategy and encourages players to explore and dominate different parts of the Kerbin. Resource Dominance: The leading players would gain access to richer mineral deposits and technologies in space, reinforcing their dominance and influencing the balance of power. Competing Companies: Introduce 3-9 different AI-controlled space companies, each with its unique playstyle and strategies, creating a diverse and challenging competitive landscape. Imagine the excitement of striving to be the first to reach the Mun, Duna, or even beyond, and the strategic decisions involved in choosing which region to focus on. This dynamic Space Race mode could elevate Kerbal Space Program to new heights, providing a fresh, competitive, and engaging experience for both solo and multiplayer gameplay. I'd love to hear your thoughts and the community's feedback on this idea. Let's discuss the possibilities of turning Kerbal Space Program into the ultimate space race simulator! Fly high and dream big! Pedro Canelada
