Upon reloading my save file, the separator fearing/shell and wing parts do not log correctly and appear warped or offset.
Prior to saving and loading the save, I also noticed this same visual bug would take place if I switched to the tracking station and then back to the ship.
Additionally, the orbit display will not show correctly in map view. While my orbital speeds do save and load correctly, if I go to the tracking station and back to the ship, the orbit is basically nullified and my ship has a forward speed of about 200km/h
Finally, it may be relevant that the top half of the ship (the plane portion above the last separator) was originally built in a horizontal orientation and then rotated upwards 90degrees and the rocket was built underneath it.
