I use Parallax 2.0.0 and Kopernicus 1.12.1 139 (not bleeding edge, that didn't fix anything either) and I can for the live of me not figure out why. If it helps, I own the game on steam.
Before you ask, I have tried:
-Older version and newer version of ksp 1.12 (i currently use 1.12.4 dont think it matters at all)
-Reinstalling the game and/or the Mod folders... multiple times
-Forcing the game to run Dirx11
-Double checking every Folder
-Correctly Installing the Mod (duh)
If you even have the slightest idea of how I can fix this or even why it is happening at all, i'd appreciate it.
Edit: and by the way, trust me, I've installed everything correctly
