    If-you used RP-1 and RO Engine.Go to the Kerbal Space Program\GameData\RP-1,find the NonRP0.cfg,open it and set all the "Delete"to"Update", then go to the Kerbal Space Program\GameData\ROEngines delete which Engines cfgs you want to using in this Soivet rocket mod.Well done you can see the parts in the VAB and SPH.
