  1. This really only happens for a few minutes during sunrise and sunset, but there's this VERY dark patch away from the Sun. This seems like a simple fix as I had this before but somehow got it to go away... and now it's back. These weird bright bars also appear as the Sun gets a little higher. Definitely something to do with Scatterer. Would appreciate some input on this. Here's a short timeline of screenshots throughout a minute or two during sunrise:
  2. I just found out what was causing it, it was simply the stock reflection settings... seems odd but apparently a stock issue, not PlanetShine nor Scatterer
  3. Just tried uninstalling PlanetShine out of sheer curiosity and the faint glow is still there… what else could it possibly be
  4. Okay, I’ll try playing with PlanetShine’s settings, and might try out TUFX again if I have to (had it before), thank you for your advice.
  5. Yes, I’m talking about the dark side of Kerbin. I don’t have Deferred installed, so it’s probably PlanetShine… is there any way that I can get rid of the shine on Kerbin from the Mun? IIRC this started happening after I downloaded Scatterer, but I don’t remember
  6. I got a new computer, so I've been trying to download all the best visual mods that I can get. I've been playing with stuff on the Mun, and I can't help but notice: this weird glow on Kerbin appears whenever I'm on the Mun during daytime, but never during the Mun's evening or nighttime. Could someone tell me what's happening, and how I can get the night side of Kerbin to stay black? List of mods I have downloaded that I think could potentially effect this: Scatterer, EVE Redux, Planetshine, Distant Object Enhancement, Kopernicus, Spectra If ANY more info is needed, please let me know! I'm looking forward to a solution!
  7. Also, this may be slightly unrelated, but could I also make the stock atmosphere transition for Kerbin look smoother as well? It doesn't bother me that much, but it would definitely make things like more real.
  8. Hello! I first want to thank you, @HafCoJoe, for making a beautiful visual mod that doesn’t fry low end computers like mine. I genuinely appreciate modders that care for people with potatoes as computers. I want to bring up this weird bug(?) that I have been seeing within Kerbin’s atmosphere (not sure about other planets). At certain altitudes (5km-20km), it almost looks like there are two atmospheres, and especially around 20 kilometers high, the transition looks very sharp and unnatural. I don’t (can’t even run) Scatterer, but I have mods such as Kopernicus, OPM, EVE Redux, PlanetShine, Distant Object Enhancement, and Waterfall. Feel free to ask me anything else that you need to know if you can help with this. I have provided three images below: Atmosphere during Ascent Atmosphere during Descent 1 Atmosphere during Descent 2 Thank you!
