thank you both!!! steam says all files have been varified succefully, but after deleting the @thumbs folder, everything seems to be working just fine! again, thank you all!!!!

i found the file and it currently has zero bytes (which is obviously a problem). Can someone attach a copy of their own delta.small_icon file so i can paste to my ksp and fix this problem? thank you all in advance!!! PS: there was another post with the same problem as my own, but it seems to have went unresolved, and it was very old
