I've recently been encountering a rather vexing bug in my current mod setup. I've tried every solution I can think of to fix it, to no avail: removing mods added around the time it started, verifying the integrity of the game files, nothing has worked.
The bug takes the appearance of what seems to be an automatic time warp when looking at the KSC (not piloting a mission). I cannot turn it off once it starts. The only thing unaffected by it is the atmospheric visual effects on Kerbin itself, making it appear almost as if day and night are reversed past a certain point save for the lighting on the ground. Through my own experimentation I've found that it only starts happening once I've looked at the map screen (or tracking center), and persists until I exit to the main menu and reload, but the offset of the atmosphere effects and actual time of day persists through the reload, exiting and re-launching the game, and even verifying the integrity of the game's files through steam.
I will provide a log if someone can tell me where to find the darn thing. Instructions on that part of doing so are nonexistent and when I've asked where to find it in the past I've been met with hostility.
As for mods being used currently, here's a list. All are installed through CKAN.
