Yep, I second this. Got a scientist ferry contract with a waypoint that required me to be in highlands. There was a small bit of highlands maybe 700m away, so I thought maybe it was a predetermined waypoint that led to a small like anomalous patch of highlands, similar to how some other contracts (I believe from a mod from the same creator) lead you to unique parts of the map, such as places where you can be in a "splashed down" vessel state in a desert.
