Can you add a modified aero section?
B9 and such? I guess if you use modded just have a list of mods aswell.

My 2nd Attempt
508,117 m for the Open Category.
This was the most boring flight I have ever done. 1hr, 11m, 11s flight time.

Sas and angled wings can make a sort of helicopter as well, somewhat hard to control, but would probably work for this challenge. Does the craft have to be manned?

Here is my entry. Unfortunately the resources don't show the fuel, as it was damaged when i landed in the water. Almost made it westbound to the next continent though. Hopefully you will still accept as the toroidal fuel tank can only hold a maximum of 10 units fuel.-snip

No. 1 would need a mod right? How do you make a stock helicopter? No. 2 makes sense though. I wish that everyone did not have to search for all the loopholes though.

You don't have to do it. If you don't infiniglide then there is an actual challenge to it.

10 Fuel Distance Challenge!
Welcome to the 10 fuel challenge. Brought to you by Hunter-Ariel Industries.
To compete in the challenge you must build a stock plane, having a maximum liquid fuel capacity of 10 units. You must fly your plane till it runs out of fuel (and land it... If you want.)
Submit a screenshot of your F3 screen making sure you have the resources tab open. If you want to, submit a .craft file for download aswell.
There are three categories to compete in. NCS (No Control Surface), Open and Modded.

This thing turns on a dime. It is crazy.
DO NOT barrel roll (Roll and Pitch) because it will murder you.

Gloster Meteor
This plane is really low, so it looks more like real life, which means to land it you need to flatten out and drop the last few metres. It turns great though.

They don't really work on the Tempest, they are shaped so a part will stick out of the top of the wing. Thanks anyway, definitely gonna use them at some point.

FLYING THE TEMPEST
The tempests landing gear are not high enough, you need to land with your nose slightly up, and never flatten out on takeoff. Be careful on the brakes too.

Messerschmitt Me 262
Instructions:
The aircraft stalls at 100 m/s and loses all control.
Make sure that you keep at least 1/3 thrust on at all times.
EVEN WHEN LANDING
Cut the engines when just above the runway for a smooth landing.

Welcome to Hunter Ariel Industries. We make many planes. We have two categories of planes, real and not real. The 'real' ones are things like modern or WW2 aircraft, such as the Eurofighter Typhoon and the Me 262. The other crafts we build fit in the 'not real' category are things like mini jets that go 1800 m/s, or fighter bombers that carry 3,700 kg of bombs, with one engine.
